▼Salary
- Annual income: 4.18 million to 6.41 million yen
- Monthly salary: General position (nationwide) 293,360 yen to 383,200 yen (including fixed overtime pay for 30 hours)
- Monthly salary: General position (block) 250,100 yen to 345,530 yen (including fixed overtime pay for 30 hours)
- Fixed overtime pay: General position (nationwide) 54,543 yen to 71,247 yen
- Fixed overtime pay: General position (block) 46,500 yen to 64,243 yen
- Bonus: Twice a year (equivalent to 4.75 months)
- After the second year of employment, salary increases according to performance and evaluation
- Commuting expenses provided, overtime allowance, regional allowance, vehicle allowance, company housing loan system, dependent allowance, housing allowance, single-assignment allowance, single-assignment return travel expenses, and moving expenses covered
