▼Salary
- 【Salary】: For General Positions (Nationwide), the salary is 293,360 yen to 383,200 yen monthly + incentives + various allowances + bonus. For General Positions (Block), the salary is 250,100 yen to 345,530 yen monthly + incentives + various allowances + bonus.
- 【Overtime Allowance】: Includes a fixed overtime pay for 30 hours monthly, with 54,543 yen to 71,247 yen for General Positions (Nationwide) and 46,500 yen to 64,243 yen for General Positions (Block). Additional overtime is paid separately.
- 【Bonus】: Paid twice a year (Previous fiscal year's performance: 4.75 months).
- 【Various Allowances】: Include commuting transportation expenses, overtime outside of regular hours, regional salary adjustments, vehicle allowances, dependent allowances, housing allowances, and allowances for employees who are living alone due to work requirements, etc.

Complete weekly two-day off system (Saturdays and Sundays off), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (12/31 to 1/4), paid leave (granted on the day of joining the company, 4 to 15 days in the first year depending on the month of joining, and 23 days granted every year thereafter), special continuous holidays, designated holidays, congratulation or condolence leave, maternity leave before and after birth (with a track record of being taken), paternity leave (with a track record of being taken by both men and women), and nursing care leave are available. The annual holidays are more than 120 days.

The trial period is 6 months (no change to terms and conditions). There will be an initial training after joining the company.

Sompo Japan Partners Co., Ltd.'s head office and nationwide branches are work locations. The head office is located at 2-1-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Shinjuku Mitsui Building 41F. The nearest station is about a 10-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station. There are work locations throughout the country, and details can be confirmed on the "Store List" page of the official website.
