▼薪资
Salary-related information is as follows:

- Monthly salary of 600,000 yen～ (for experienced employees), 350,000 yen～ (for inexperienced employees)
- Includes fixed overtime pay, with any excess being paid separately (experienced: 78,320 yen～, inexperienced: 45,620 yen～ for 20 hours)
- No change in salary during the probationary period
- For management positions, starting from 450,000 yen～ per month (fixed overtime pay not included)
- Incentive system available: up to 6.5% of gross profit returned
- Bonus paid twice a year
- Salary increases available at any time
- Salary may include transportation expenses, performance allowance, adjustment allowance, overtime allowance, qualification allowance (Real Estate Transaction Specialist 20,000 yen, Architect 10,000 yen～20,000 yen), position allowance, family allowance (7,000 yen per child), and housing allowance.

The average monthly overtime hours are about 10 hours.

Annual holidays are more than 120 days, with a 2-day weekend system (8 to 10 days per month, water + other shift system). There are New Year holidays, paid leave, condolence leave, maternity/paternity leave, and caregiver leave.

The trial period is 6 months, and there is no change in salary during that time.
