◆Basic salary: 183,312 yen + commissions + benefits
＊High salary for experienced employees (Details will be given during the interview)
＊full-time work Benefits are available
◆1st-year taxi drivers can receive a 270,000 yen monthly minimum guarantee (for inexperienced drivers only)
◆20,000 yen per day during the period of obtaining the type 2 driver's license (maximum 8 days)
◆10,000yen per day for the training period after obtaining the type 2 driver's license

【Maximum commission rate】
◎ 64% for full time employees

★Maximum commission rate can be 65%! You can earn over 500,000 per month!

①Sales ￥470,000 → ￥272,600
②Sales ￥600,000 → ￥376,800
③Sales ￥700,000 → ￥443,100

No fixed term of contract

▼工作天数与时间
12 rides per month
Departure time: between 5:30 ~ 14:00
(1) From 5:30 a.m. to ... every 15 minutes
(2) From 8:30 to 14:00...every 30 minutes

Average：3 hours per day

▼休假
・Resting day after the end of your shift (28 hours)
・6~7 days off per month
・paid vacations
・congratulatory or condolence absent

▼试用期
・20,000 yen per day until you obtain a type 2 driver's license (maximum 8 days)
・10,000 yen per day during the training period after obtaining a type 2 driver's license (about 1 month)
★Your income will be guaranteed even during the training period!
★Trainees and newly-appointed employees are guaranteed 270,000 yen per month for one year (Only available to inexperienced taxi drivers).

Trial period: 3 months from the first ride after employment

＜For full-time employees＞
【Experienced workers】 Up to 500,000 yen in start-up allowance, etc. (subject to our company's regulations)
・Up to 300,000 yen as a preparation allowance
・100,000 yen as a gift for continuing to work at the company
・100,000 yen as a gift for joining the company

【Inexperienced workers】
・Guaranteed monthly salary of ¥270,000 for 12 months

【Vehicle Facilities】
JapanTaxi, car navigation system, digital tachograph, automatic transmission, security camera, Dashcams, ID and credit card payment machine, car dispatch application "S-RIDE" are all equipped in the vehicle.
