[Salary]
- Monthly salary of 250,000 yen to 400,000 yen + various allowances + incentives (every month) + bonus twice a year.
- Last year, the base monthly salary was increased.
- On average, incentives of 120,000 yen are paid monthly.
[Overtime Pay]
- A fixed overtime allowance of at least 40,000 yen for 24.8 hours per month is included.
- Overtime pay for hours worked beyond this will be paid additionally.
[Other Allowances]

Annual holidays are 128 days. There is a full two-day weekend system, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off.
