This job involves connecting cables in various locations throughout Japan.
Sites include power plants, substations, manholes, and railroad tracks.
More than half of the month is spent traveling!

At first, you will learn the names of tools and work flow.
After that, you will practice connecting cables and start working in the field.

We work as a team of four: a team leader, a deputy leader, a worker, and a hand.
We have a full support system.

Example of salary

First year】 340,000 yen~/month is possible!


5.7 million yen/35 years old (5th year mid-career) (220,000 yen/month + various allowances + bonus)
5.1 million yen/21 years old (3rd year high school graduate) (monthly salary: 190,000 yen + various allowances + bonus)


Basic salary: 180,000 yen - 230,000 yen

Transportation expenses paid as stipulated
Overtime allowance
Late night allowance
Holiday allowance ¥3,500~¥5,000/working on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, additional payment in addition to salary

Business trip allowance ￥9000～￥9500/day
Attendance allowance ￥25,000～￥30,000/month
On-site allowance ￥500～￥2000/day
Driving allowance ￥1000~/day depending on distance

Qualification allowance 2nd class electrician ￥2000 2nd class electric construction management ￥5000
