The daily wage for the probationary period (6 months) will be as follows:
-Day shift: 10,000 yen (9,000 yen + 1,000 yen for transportation)
-Night shift: 12,000 yen (11,000 yen + 1,000 yen for transportation)
After the probationary period, the salary will be as follows:
-Day shift: 9,000 yen + transportation expenses + allowance
-Night shift: 11,000 yen + transportation + allowance
Allowances:
-Allowances will be paid after 6 months (after probationary period)
-Allowances and their amount will be determined based on the employee's ability and work attitude.

No fixed term (retirement age is 70)
There is a reemployment system after retirement.
