Engine and chassis system
Casting, which involves placing metal melted in a welding furnace into molds and pressing steel heated to a high temperature. Machining of forged parts.
Body parts
Body panel parts are processed by giant presses. Body welding by robots. Body painting by painting robot and manual work. Assembly of window glass, seats, bumpers, tires, etc.
Components
Molding various parts such as bumpers and grilles by processing resin materials.
