【Guiding pedestrians】
When trucks are parked at a construction site, we ask pedestrians to wait for the trucks so that they are not in the way.
We also provide guidance to pedestrians and protect them from danger.

【Vehicle Guidance】
When a vehicle parks at a work site, we inform the staff around the site that "a car is coming in!" to ensure safety.

There is no difficult or hard physical work involved!
Even if you have no experience, you can work with peace of mind through training and on-site support.

▼Salario
■Daily wage: 9920 yen (daily wage: 8920 yen + commuting allowance of 1000 yen per shift)
Full daily wage is guaranteed even if work finishes early!

■Salary increase is available.

■Payment method: Daily payment
We accept daily payment and bank transfers.
*Up to 5,000 yen per day for dormitory students
The balance is paid on the 5th of every month (payday).

【Working hours】
Shifts will be determined between 8:00 and 6:00 the following day.
・Day shift: 8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00 (depending on site)
・Night shift: 20:00 to 5:00 or 21:00 to 6:00 (depending on site)
Variable working hours on a monthly basis

【Break time】
Break time is in accordance with legal requirements.

About 2 hours per month.
Some sites finish early in the work day as well.

▼Capacitacion
■Legal training: 3 days (20 hours), 10,000 yen per day for training. Lunch is included.
■Trial period: 2 months. No change in salary.
