【Investment One-Room Apartment Sales】

Would you like to help our customers have fun looking for a home together with us? In this job, you will do the following:

- Recommend wonderful apartments to your friends and acquaintances.
- Talk with customers and think together about what would be the best fit for them.
- Help to ensure that customers have no troubles after moving into their new home.

▼Salary
- The monthly salary is more than 260,000 yen, including various allowances and incentives.
- Includes a fixed overtime pay for 25 hours (more than 45,310 yen), but any excess will be paid separately.
- Includes a uniform business allowance of 30,000 yen/month.
- First-year annual income is between 4.5 million yen and 10 million yen.
- Incentive example: If a property worth 20 million yen is sold, the incentive paid is 200,000 to 300,000 yen for 1 sale, 600,000 to 700,000 yen for 2 sales, and 1.1 to 1.2 million yen for 3 sales.
- Salary increases once a year, bonuses are given twice a year.

2-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday off, with approximately 2 Saturdays per month required for work), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week holidays, summer holidays, condolence leave, paid leave (10 days granted at the time of joining, with an average acquisition rate of 92% and possible to take in 1-hour increments), maternity and paternity leave, parental leave, nursing care leave, special leave (3 days at the time of spouse's childbirth, 5 days for marriage leave, etc.), Self-Discovery Leave (able to take from 1 week to 1 month off regardless of the reason, available to employees who have been with the company for more than 3 months), child care leave, menstrual leave.
