【Sales Assistant】

The monthly salary is paid in the range from 215,000 yen to 240,000 yen, with a bonus paid three times a year (averaging 3.8 months of salary based on last year's performance) and a settlement bonus. Salary increases are made once a year in April, and overtime pay is paid by the minute. In addition, a cost of living allowance of 10,000 yen is provided every month. Other allowances such as position allowance and job duty allowance are also available. Furthermore, transportation expenses are paid up to a monthly limit of 15,000 yen.
