In 2017, Mendokoro Guriko opened in Okayama Prefecture. In the same year, we received the Rookie of the Year Award from the Okayama Ramen Society.
We won the No. 1 sales ranking at various ramen events across the country.
Two more shops were opened in the same prefecture, and the company was incorporated as guriko Co. in 2020.
Listed in the Michelin Guide OKAYAMA in 2020.

Since then, the company has expanded its Mendokoro Guriko business to Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, and opened a new brand, Wamen guriko, in 2021.
