Example of monthly income
Day shift: (1,300 yen/hour x 7 hours 45 minutes) x 20 days + overtime allowance (estimated 23 hours/month) = 245,375 yen
Night shift: (1,625 yen/hour x 5 hours 45 minutes) + (1,300 yen/hour x 2 hours)) x 20 days + overtime allowance (estimated 23 hours/month) = 279,500 yen
