Job Description
①[Sorting] Sort leather materials and urethane materials by size and colour.
② [Pre-processing] Peel off the leather material from the backing paper.
③[Put in] Urethane materials are put in into a machine that applies glue to the materials.
④ [Paste] Paste the glued urethane material and the leather material together.
⑤[Crimping] The one made in ④ is crimped by the press machine.
⑥[Cut　out］ The products crimped in ⑤ are cut out.
⑦[Inspection] Inspect the die-cut products in ⑥. This is an important item to check for peeling, stains, scratches, etc.
⑧[Packing] The products inspected in ⑦ are packed in bags in the specified number.
⑨ ［Pre-Shipment Inspection］ before shipping, the products number and the content will be inspected.
⑩[Shipping]The boxes containing the products are pile up on pallets according to the shipping list and taken to the shipping place.
⑪[Peripheral work] This is so-called setup work.

1,350 yen per hour
Night shift allowance, holiday allowance, etc. are available.
*Holiday work is in accordance with the factory calendar.

8:30 - 17:30 (60 minutes break, 8 hours of actual work)
