▼Job Responsibilities
We are hiring for the following two positions;
a. Construction site workers
Work at construction sites for buildings, stores, and condominiums, assisting with construction work, cleaning, tidying up, and other tasks.
b. Construction completion cleaning staff
Cleaning newly constructed buildings, such as houses and buildings, before handing them over to the client.
▼Salary
Basic daily wage 9,000 yen~ + various allowances (depends on skills and experience)
E.g. Monthly basic income 245,000 yen = (daily wage 9,000 yen x 25 days) + various allowances (according to our regulations)
□ On-site allowance： depends on the site (1,000 yen/500 yen/none)
□ Punching allowance： depends on the site (1,000 yen/none)
□ Holiday allowance：Hourly wage + 4,000 yen
□ Manager's allowance： Depends on work attitude and adaptability to the work site (10,000 yen/20,000 yen)
□ Transportation expenses will be paid according to the rules;
Transportation to our office is not provided. If you drive your own car directly to the site, the distance to the site will be divided by 6km/1L and paid in cash every 10 days. (*Divided by the average unit price of gasoline in Utsunomiya City.)

8:00 ~ 17:00 (varies depending on site)
Basically work Monday ~ Saturday
